Our trained professionals will take the necessary steps to start the dry out by ensuring we set the proper equipment and test the materials if necessary. Properties built before 1982 will require sampling for asbestos testing. Properties built before 1978 will require sampling for lead and asbestos testing. Commercial properties along with multiple combined units will require testing whatever the build date.

Oftentimes, personal property may need to be removed from the property to allow proper completion of repairs. This is to avoid damage to items. All items will be moved quickly and efficiently into a storage unit. If the unit needs to be stored in a climate-controlled environment, we will store it in a clime controlled facility until repairs are complete.
Step 1 - Upon completion of the mitigation and/or dry out, we will assign a Project Manager to work with your insurance adjusted to establish an estimate on the property damage through an estimate on the property damage through an estimate software known as Xactimate. Step 1 - Upon completion of the mitigation and/or dry out, we will assign a Project Manager to work with your insurance adjusted to establish an estimate on the property damage through an estimate on the property damage through an estimate software known as Xactimate. The scope of work will follow the IICRC guidelines as agreed upon with your insurance company. Pricing and scope of repairs will be established through Xactimate and are approved by your insurance carrier. Please keep in mind we can only work as quickly as the insurance carrier allows us to.
Step 2 - Once we have an approved estimate by your insurance adjusted and a signed work authorization form along with the deposit, a project manager (PM) will be assigned to your job within 48-72 hours. The PM will work closely with you to ensure the structure and contents are returned to pre-loss condition.
Step 3 - The PM will contact you and schedule an initial walk to go over the approved scope of work by your insurance carrier. At the initial walk, the PM will cover the budget for material selection, scheduling, and any questions or concerns that you may have.
Step 4 - The final step will be completion of the repairs. The typical time to complete work after approval and initial walk can be approximately 3-8 weeks. This time frame is dependent on the detail of the estimate and the time can vary. Please understand there can be unexpected delays with the plumbing, permits, supplements, etc.
